Payment Method
Payment must be made in Thai bath or US$ by bank transfer or onsite payment. No other type of payment will be accepted.

2. On-site payment
Confirmation letter of registration (via On-line registration) must be presented at the registration desk. The only form of payment that will be accepted on-site is cash in Thai Baht. To ensure a seat at the conference registration fee must be paid in advance. Payment on-site ensures entrance but does not guarantee a seat. We recommend on-site payment only for those participants attending one day or select sessions.

HOW TO PRINT CONFIRMATION LETTER
1. Access to : https://phnumis.health.nu.ac.th/hdm2009/signin_up.php
2. Enter Your ID and password.
3. Click "Confirmation Letter"
4. Click "Print a confirmation letter" to print out

Both confirmation letter and receipt are to be posted at the Registration Desk to obtain conference kits.
